Our ceiling and wall upgrade in the service area has been completed and we could not be happier with the results. The insulation panels not only help control our energy cost, but brighten the shop area considerably.

Please note, in the above photograph, the overhead lighting is turned off.  Prior to the installation, lighting was 40 candle power in the shop.  After the installation, lighting is now consistently over 60 candle power. Natural lighting makes it much easier for our technicians to work and increases their ability to spot problems. Natural lighting can also be supplemented by the three rows of high-output florescent fixtures as needed.

These six-foot wide panels are constructed of aluminum, bonded to a sealed bubble wrap material and covered with vinyl. They cover the ceiling and walls and are further supported by anodized aluminum bands and attached with stainless steel staples.

The panels add an addition R11 insulation value to the current insulation. The project was performed by B. J. Couvillion Construction and took one week to complete.
