When AGCO invented, the Pre-warranty Expiration Inspection (PEI), we knew it would be big. As the name implies, this service is designed for vehicles on which the warranty will soon expire.  The service was born out of the observation that problems often exist during warranty, but do not show symptoms until later.

Many people have had the experience of expensive vehicle problems after the warranty has expired. In many cases the problem could have been detected while still under warranty, had a professional taken a look. This is very unfortunate as a large portion of the price paid for a new vehicle was added to cover warranty cost.  The warranty was included in the price of the vehicle.  The manufacturer is only obligated to honor the warranty for the prescribed term [for example 3 years/36,000 miles].

Thoroughly inspecting the vehicle with our predictive analysis techniques, AGCO can often uncover problems, even before you notice symptoms. We check for outstanding technical service bulletins and pattern failures as well. We can provide you a documented list of problems and you can have them addressed before the warranty expires.
