From the over head lines, air is distributed to overhead reels. Two reels in each bay supplies compressed air to operate air tools. Being overhead keeps them readily available and prevents a tripping hazard, by keeping them off the floor. Additional reels are also placed in areas needing compressed air. Shut off valves and quick connects at each air reel station simplifies service when needed.
